  • Do you ship internationally?

    Unfortunately at this time we do not ship internationally. We hope to bring appaunt to more countries in the future!

  • What if my acne gets worse after using appaunt?

    Our 8-week clinical study showed in some cases acne appeared to worsen during early weeks of treatment. This apparent worsening is simply due to the medication extracting blemishes that were underneath the skin. This may be the cause of the micro blemishes (little bumps) you are experiencing. We suggest you continue treatment and you'll begin to see those little bumps fade away.

  • How is appaunt different than other products?

    Our cleanser has premium skincare ingredients including Green Tea Leaf extract and Chamomile, which removes dirt, oil, and environmental pollutants without the harshness found in other facial cleansers. It also leaves the skin ultra clean and hydrated.

    The Restore Gel helps reduce any appearance of redness, the size of facial pores, and soothes the skin. The Restore Gel is made with Floralux, which is derived from Chlorophyll (the green stuff in plants) and is the most advanced skincare ingredient used in an acne treatment.

    Furthermore, appaunt's Treatment has the highest concentration of prescription-grade Salicylic Acid (2.0%) available in an over-the-counter formulation to clear up blemishes.

  • What if I have an allergic reaction?

    It’s important to consider any known allergies or sensitivities to skin care products when using appaunt. Allergic reactions are extremely unusual, and the more information we have, the better we can counsel you on what may be best for your skin. We recommend contacting us at [email protected] or at 1-844-625-2748 so we can better assist with any reactions you are experiencing.

  • What if my skin becomes dry or irritated?

    It is not uncommon to experience some side effects such as drying. To prevent the drying effect, we suggest reducing the application of step 2: Treatment to one-time daily usage. You should still continue usage of step 1: Cleanse and step 3: Restore Gel twice daily.

  • Will Restore make my face green?

    We suggest gently applying two pumps of the Restore Gel to the entire face just like you would with a daily moisturizer. There shouldn't be a green tint when the Restore Gel is evenly applied to the face.

  • Does appaunt treat cystic or nodular acne?

    appaunt treats mild to moderate inflammatory and non-inflammatory acne. This includes everything from periodic, hormonal triggered blemishes to common pimples, whiteheads, and blackheads.

    Unfortunately, appaunt won't work on cystic or nodular acne. We suggest that you consult a dermatologist or physician to better determine what type of acne you have. We do have some acne treatment tips available on our site at Acne Treatment and encourage you to check it out.

  • How do I view my account?

    If it's your first time logging in, you'll need to verify your email and set a password here. Once your account is activated, log in here to view your order status, update next ship date, change order frequency, turn off your subscription, and more.  

  • How do I track my order?

    Once your account is setup, go to Track Order and login to see your order history. From here you’ll be able to view the delivery status for each order in your account.

  • How do I change my shipping address?

    Log in to your account and select "Change Shipping Address" to enter an updated address. All future shipments will use the updated address.

  • How do I change my billing information?

    Log in to your account and select "Update payment method" to change billing information. All future charges will use the updated payment information.

  • Do you have a money back guarantee?

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Turn off your subscription at any time right from your account. Also feel free to email us at [email protected] or give us a call at 1-844-625-2748.

  • Why was I billed when I didn't receive a new shipment this month?

    While the first shipment contains a 30-day supply, subsequent shipments contain a 60-day supply and are sent every other month. The 60-day supply is billed in two convenient payments, one on the ship date, and the second 30 days thereafter.
